负责整个团队的项目监控（包括所有项目的进度，质量，方向都要把握）。 下属是北美的美术总监 必须是有完整的项目管理经验。 汇报 ：GM of Suzhou, dotted linereport to Publishing Director 业务方向：Project Management foroverseas projects (US/China) 工作职责： -Lead the planningand implementation of project, projects including mainly game publishing orgame development. -Develop projectplans, scope, schedule and constantly monitor and report on progress of theproject to all stakeholders -Liaise withclients/vendors to manage expectations, content provision and approvaldeadlines -Manages day-to-dayexecution or operational aspects of a project and scope -Ensures projectdocuments are complete, current, and stored appropriately Coordinate with different parties and being the bridge in betweendevelopment, graphics, localization, system & business development fromdifferent team and countries 教育背景 -Graduate of BSComputer Engineering, BS Computer Science, Computer Management, ComputerProgramming, Management of Information Systems or any web - based relatedtechnology courses Qualification in project management or equivalent (PMP) 技能和语言能力 -Excellent verbaland written skills in English and Mandarin. -Familiar withproject management tool (MS Project, Basecamp, or any PM tools or system) Familiar with Social Network System (Facebook, twitter, weibo…etc), orany web2.0 concept 经验要求 -Good knowledge ingame industry or related aspects, including game development, game operation orpublishing, Experience in digital marketing is a plus Minimum of 3 years' experience of project management, knowledge of boththeoretical and practical aspects of project management. 能力要求 -Ability to dealwith a wide range of personalities and environments in order to get projectscompleted in a professional and efficient manner. -Strongcommunication skill Must be self-motivated, good team-player & result-oriented |
