Now we have one Associate PM position open.

The Role
We are giving a talented data rockstar the opportunity to develop their career as a product manager within the app industry's leader in analytics and market intelligence. You’ll work within one of the product teams (analytics, market intelligence or new product development), supporting the product lead and learning how to develop world-class data products.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing and optimizing the product’s in-depth metrics regarding user demographics, user behavior, retention, virality and feature engagement
• Monitoring competitor products and industry trends - ensuring the company’s product strategy is well positioned within the app store analytics and intelligence space
• Being the voice of the App Annie user / customer within the company - conducting surveys and detailed user research across the world’s top app publishers, indie developers and mobile industry executives
• Defining feature and design requirements and briefing the UI / UX design and engineering teams, ensuring those requirements are met before release
• Working closely with Technical Product Management and UI / UX Design leads
• Developing A/B and multivariate testing practices of all new feature releases and building good practice methodologies for feature optimization
• Discussing and developing product partnerships and integrations with potential partners in the apps space
  

You
We are looking for someone with a stellar educational background and a keen and demonstrated interest in analytics, apps, mobile, data, more data and how about data? You're early in your career, but you already know that you who really understands from experience what app publishers are looking for in an analytics and market data solution. Therefore you should ideally have already worked in and around apps, with experience publisher, platform or vendor side. Our vision is large and wide – the rise of the app industry marks a gravitational shift in content distribution – our aim is to create the new industry standard for app store analytics and market intelligence. You need to be a driven individual and self-starter who can take the initiative in helping us achieve that goal.

• 1-2 years’ experience in a product management and/or strategy role within the internet industries, with solid experience using a variety of analytics and data tools
• Experience working with app publishers and mobile ad networks a key requirement
• Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision making
• Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of freemium, B2B and internet business models
• Disciplined, well-organized and efficient – you have a detailed and methodical approach to every project
• An excellent writer of product design briefs and specs – the documentation you create is marked by clarity and presentational excellence
• Excellent Powerpoint and Excel capabilities; familiar with a number of analytics tools
• Good sense of functional interface design to allow you to work seamlessly with UI/UX design team
• Knowledge of mobile technology, its boundaries and potential as it applies to the analytics and intelligence space
• You love apps. You breathe analytics. And you can’t wait to be a central part of the app store analytics space.
